This summary may be short but should be concise. It should only include the essentials.
Another reason why there should be a health and safety plan template is that a company has a moral and legal obligation to keep its workers healthy and safe and that failure to do so due to negligence or malicious intent is a ground for many legal actions that would cause the company to lose money from litigation and the business to fail or be disabled for a period of time. Thus, the template for an occupational health and safety plan should be necessarily complete to cover all known and foreseen hazards in a work.
